is a Guinean-Canadian screenwriter who tells character-engaging stories with socio-political undertones. He’s worked as a story editor on shows like The Porter (CBC, BET) and Hudson & Rex (Citytv).
He is an alumnus of the Canadian Film Centre. In 2022, he was selected as a fellow in Netflix’s Diversity of Voices Initiative at the Banff World Media Festival.
Prior to screenwriting, he attended Western University, graduating with a bachelor’s in political science. His background working in finance and time spent at the African Development Bank, where he contributed to projects focused on eradicating poverty and placing African nations on a path to sustainable economic development, have given him the foundation to explore human agency in the face of daunting socio-economic obstacles.
As a writer, his goal is to use his platform to tell stories that shed light on marginalized characters who fight to remedy a flawed world. He believes that storytelling has
the power to challenge societal norms and spark change.
He is represented by Meridian Artists.
